1) If you can prepare a list of family photos on the day and if you can delegate someone who knows your family well to gather the family together for photos, that would be awesome :). Please view below for the rough guide for family photos.

  • Bride and groom with bride’s parents 

  • Bride and groom with bride’s parents and bride’s brothers and sisters (spouses and 

  • children included, with and without grandparents) 

  •  

  • Bride and groom with both sets of parents 

  • Bride and groom with groom’s parents 

  • Bride and groom with groom’s parents and groom’s brothers and sisters (spouses and 

  • children included, with and without grandparents) 

  •  

  • Bride and groom with siblings only, both sides 

  • Bride and groom with each brother and sister’s family (if requested or appropriate) 

  • Bride and groom with each set of grandparents 

  • Any other requests... uncles, aunts, friends, etc. 

  • Groom’s mom and dad by themselves if not done at home 

  • Shoot the elderly family shots, pregnant women, families with children first

2)  Would it be possible to prepare the items for photos (in the morning during hair/make up) such as

  • Brides Dress & Veil

  • Bridesmaid Dresses

  • Brides Shoes

  • Jewellery & perfume

  • Both Wedding Bands and engagement ring.

  • Wedding Invite (preferably 2 sets)

  • Wedding bouquets

  • Boutonnieres (Men)

  • Any other items relevant to the wedding (grandparents gifts, something borrow, something blue, etc)

3) Getting Ready Photos - Just a rough guide.

I would normally start around the same time your hair/make up starts (approx 9.30am) and head to the grooms (for a mock getting ready approx 11am, just before his lunch break for around 20mins before heading back to your place to continue your getting ready shots)

3) Do you have any specific locations in mind for bridal party photos (After the ceremony)? - Could be somewhere nearby or between locations, hopefully to have 2 hours for this session as I would need to capture some wedding details at the reception 20-30 mins before guests are seated.
